Each tablet is a concentrated, pre-measured dose. You drop one into warm water — or straight into your appliance's cleaning cycle — and let it dissolve. Are they safe for my appliance?
Yes. OrientLeaf tablets are made for a specific machine rather than as a general-purpose cleaner, and they are compatible with all major brands.
How often should I use them?
Most people clean monthly, and dishwashers often twice a month. If your machine smells off, runs less efficiently, or you have hard water, use them more often. The Usage line on each product page gives the recommended frequency.
What if a product does not work for me?
